Sometimes when downloading PDF files you will get

This error occurs when using Adobe Reader. You can correct this
error by opening Adobe Reader and selecting the "Edit" menu where
you'll access Preferences/General/Options. Here you will
disable the entry for "Allow fast web view." Save the changes and
reopen the web browser and try to view the PDF again.
