Two 30-second television spots are available and ready to air. Call the Co-op administrator at 1-800-537-8827 x 7433 or 1-419-891-7433 to have a VHS tape of the 30-second commercials mailed to you. To request a broadcast-quality tape, click on the Beta Request Form icon, complete it and submit it to the Co-op Program Administrator as directed. The beta tape will be mailed to you.
