Community Involvement

Therma-Tru is proud to contribute to local and national building projects that improve the quality of life and security for those who need it most. We believe it is important to give back to our communities, and are honored to be part of creating what is sacred by many...a home.

Therma-Tru has had the pleasure of improving our customers' homes for over 40 years, and we're happy to bring our innovative and beautiful entry and patio door systems to established charity building projects across the country.

As the leader in the home building industry and innovator of entryway systems, it's an obvious fit for Therma-Tru to work with such groups as Habitat for Humanity, "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" on ABC, Boys & Girls Club, and other local building projects.

Therma-Tru and its employees have contributed over $1.4 million dollars in over 17 years to the community through United Way of Greater Toledo.
Habitat for Humanity: Over the years, Therma-Tru has donated thousands of doors and entry and patio systems to Habitat for Humanity.
The Boys & Girls Club: Our contributions to The Boys & Girls Club has helped give thousands of today's youth meeting spaces in which to feel proud, safe, and secure.
"Extreme Makeover: Home Edition": has made an extraordinary impact on deserving families as they receive an entire home rebuild on national television. We are honored to know that these families' lives will be forever changed when they walk through a Therma-Tru entry way into their new homes and the start of their new lives.
Red Feather Development Group: By partnering with Red Feather Development Group, we help American Indian nations develop and implement sustainable solutions to their housing needs. This includes building homes on reservations, educating tribal members on sustainable construction techniques and facilitating with the homeownership process.
